Well I started to get serious about losing weight on April 15th. I prayed and really felt the Lord calling me to get consistent with exercise before I tackled the diet. Well I am almost 7 weeks into it and I have worked out 5-6 days a week. I can see a difference. I am down a total of 11.5 lbs and I have lost 13 3/4 inches. I am so very proud of myself. I couldn't have done it without God. He has held my hand everyday and guided me through the rough times. So Father thank you for showing me what is right for me.
